Rotoflex Gold NiTi Rotary Files
Product Description:
Rotoflex Gold files are mechanized NiTi endodontic instruments used to prepare root canals.- Made of high quality NiTi alloy with flexible performance after special heat treatment process.
- Improved the fracture resistance.
- Forward cutting angle with excellent cutting efficiency, easy to discharge debris.
- The round tip can prevent steps or piercing through by the side.
- Adaptive thread makes the files efficient ,flexible and high strength.
Rotoflex Gold Operation process:
š¹Step 1:
-
Probe the root canal with a #10 K-file to ensure a glide path exists.
-
Use a #16 PA-FILE, advancing slowly with a gentle pecking motion, avoiding excessive pressure.
-
Stop and withdraw the file upon feeling resistance.
-
Then, use a #10/02 hand K-file to remove debris.
-
Flush and lubricate the canal thoroughly.
š¹ Step 2:
-
Enlarge the coronal portion of the root canal with the R# file, advancing slowly with a pecking motion.
-
Exit upon resistance.
-
Use a #15/02 hand file to check if the canal is patent.
-
Flush and lubricate.
-
After using the open file, the root canal orifice should be noticeably wider.
š¹ Step 3:
-
Insert a #20/04 root canal file and prepare the apical area to the working length with a gentle pecking motion.
-
Withdraw upon resistance.
-
Use a #15/02 hand file to confirm canal patency.
-
Flush and lubricate.
š¹ Step 4:
-
Insert a #25/04 root canal file and prepare the apical area to the working length, moving forward gently.
-
Withdraw upon resistance.
-
Check patency with a #15/02 hand file.
-
Flush and lubricate.
-
Optional: If a larger canal reaches working length here, skip directly to Step 6.
š¹ Step 5:
-
Insert a #30/04 root canal file to enlarge the apical portion to the working length.
-
Proceed slowly with a pecking motion, exiting upon resistance.
-
Confirm patency with a #15/02 hand file.
-
Flush and lubricate.
š¹ Step 6:
-
Insert a #25/04 root canal file to shape the middle third of the root canal, advancing to the working length.
-
Use a gentle pecking motion, exit upon resistance.
-
Confirm patency with a #15/02 hand file.
-
Flush and lubricate thoroughly.
