Fluorodip Bioactive Product Description: FluoroDip Bioactive is a Varnish for Desensitizing & Remineralization, a sodium fluoride containing dental desensitizing varnish fortified with bio-glass for enhanced remineralization of enamel and dentine. FluoroDip Bioactive is an alcoholic suspension of sodium fluoride and bio-glass in natural shellac with artificial flavoring. It contains 5% NaF equivalent to 2.26% of Fluoride (22600ppm).

Removal of sealant during retreatment NanoSeal-S can be removed by conventional methods. The sealer does not chemically adhere to dentine. Use of heat, gates glidden drills and paesoreamers are advocated for removal of gutta-percha during post space preparation and retreatment.

Crysta Luting Intended Purpose/Intended Use

A. Tooth Preparation:

1. Prepare tooth in usual manner.
2. Clean the prepared teeth with pumice and water.
3. Rinse thoroughly with water. Remove excess moisture by blotting with a cotton pellet or gently blowing with
an oil free air.

DO NOT DESICCATE. Prepared surfaces should appear moist (glistering)

B. Restoration Preparation:

1) Make sure that the restoration is pretreated and handled according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

C. Powder and Liquid Dispensing:

1) The standard powder to liquid ratio is 0.19/0.12 (1level scoop of powder to 2 drops of liquid.)
2) For accurate dispensing of powder lightly tap the bottle against the hand. Do not shake or invert.
3) Hold the liquid bottle vertically and squeeze gently.
4) Close bottle immediately after use.

D. MIXING:

Dispense Powder and Liquid onto the pad. Using the plastic spatula, add all the powder to the liquid. Mix rapidly for 45-60 seconds.

NOTE: When mixing larger amounts, divide the powder into two equal parts. Mix the first portion with all of
liquid for 15 seconds. Incorporate the remaining portion & mix the whole thoroughly for 45 seconds (Total 60
seconds).

E. APPLICATIONS:

IMMEDIATELY apply (within 1 minute after dispensing) to the surfaces to be coated using a micro applicators, DO NOT AIR BLOW.

NOTE: Should the coated surfaces be contaminated with water, blood or saliva, wash and dry the surface and
repeat the coating procedure.

F. CEMENTATION:

1) Coat the internal surface of the restoration with sufficient cement and seat immediately. The working time is
2 minutes from start of mixing at 23±1°C (73.40±1°F). Higher temperature shortens working time.
2) Maintain moderate pressure.
3) Start removing excess cement when it feels rubbery.
4) Finishing can be started 4 minutes 30 seconds after seating the restoration.
The dispensed material shall not be placed back in container and the dose once applied and used shall not be
reused.

Crysta Luting Warning:

Remainings of other substances like isolating agent may affect adhesion and should be removed completely
before using crysta luting for final cementation. Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin (allergic contact
dermatitis), and eyes. Avoid prolonged inhalation. Do not take internally contact with the skin may cause irritation, burns or hypersensitivity. If contact with skin occurs immediately wipe off thoroughly with cotton and alcohol and then wash well with soap and water. Dispense equal volumes of base and catalyst pastes on the paper pad provided. Replace container caps. Mix thoroughly until a uniform color is achieved. Do not over-spatulate. Complete mixing within 10 seconds. Using the bait pointed applicator or similar instrument, place the mix directly on the exposed pulp. The mixed material will set in approximately 2-3 minutes. Setting time might be shorter in the mouth due to moisture and temperature. Remove any set excess from retention areas, enamel, and/or margins
with a sharp spoon excavator or a bur. Place desired adhesive, base, and/or restoration following manufacturer's directions. Assess the pulp vitality at regular intervals.

Indirect Pulp Capping: Under suitable isolation, complete cavity preparation and caries removal. Wash cavity thoroughly with water spray and air dry. Dispense and mix Calultra components as outlined earlier. Apply mixed material to desired dentin surfaces .Following completion of set remove any set excess from retention areas, enamel, and/or margins with a sharp spoon excavator or a bur. Complete restoration per restorative material manufacturer's directions for use.

CalUltra Warnings:

Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin (allergic contact dermatitis), and eyes. Avoid prolonged inhalation. Automix Cartridge: Attach the mixing tips to the Automix Cartridge press the plunger of the cartridge to express a homogeneously mixed sealer paste. Manual Mix: Activate the plunger of the manual mix cartridge to dispense both Base and Catalyst paste to a ratio of 1:1 volume on to a mixing pad and using the spatula mix the paste for 15-20 seconds or until a creamy homogeneous consistency is obtained. Application of Calapex : As a standard technique, Calapex is used together with gutta-percha or silver root canal points. When a thermoplaticized filling technique is used where most of the canal is obturated by endodontic point material, apply only a light coating of Calapex to the canal walls. For Master-Point-Technique, select a gutta-percha point with the size of the last instrument used for apical preparation. Apply Calapex to the canal walls with the help of the obturation point. Alternatively a lentulo spiral can be used. Avoid the formation of air bubbles in the material and overfilling of the canal by advancing the lentulo spiral slowly to the apex running at low speeds. Withdraw Lentulo very slowly still running at low speed. Working time 15-20 minutes. Dip disinfected and dry points into Calapex and insert them into the canal with a slow pumping motion. Calpex is packaged in a multiple dose container (Tube/Cartridge ). Opening and closing of the container does not affect the shelf life of the device. The dispensed material shall not be placed back in container and the dose once applied and used shall not be reused. Calapex is the endodontic product for every dental practice. It can be used for all established and more recent root canal sealing techniques. It is also suitable for the single point method, thermoplasticize method and all condensation techniques. The setting time of Calapex in the root canal is dependent upon the availability of moisture.

CalApex Warnings: 

1 ) The sealer which may cause sensitization in susceptible people. Do not use Calapex in people allergic to
any components of this product.

2 ) Avoid eye contact to prevent irritation. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water
and seek medical attention. Avoid skin contact to prevent possible allergic response. Unset material may
cause irritation and therefore contact with skin and mucous membrane should be avoided .In case of
contact, immediately remove material with cotton and wash thoroughly with water and soap. In case of skin
sensitization or rash, discontinue use and seek medical attention.

3 ) Do not swallow or take internally. If accidental swallowing occurs, drink lots of water. If nausea or illness
develops, seek medical attention.

4 ) Avoid overfilling. When overfilling occurs, the material is usually tolerated very well by the surrounding
tissue.

CalApex Precautions: 

1 ) This product is intended to be used as specifically outlined in the Instruction for Use. Any use of this product inconsistent with the Instructions for use is at the discretion and sole responsibility of the practitioner

2 ) Wear suitable protective clothing, eyewear, and gloves.

3 ) The solubility and essentially basic nature of Calapex composition requires that it is used only in situations where it can be protected adequately from the intraoral environment.

4 ) To achieve good results, use of a rubber dam or adequate isolation is recommended.

5 ) Calapex should be mixed in equal volumes for optimum performance. The mixed material should be homogeneous and streak free prior to application.

6 ) Increased humidity and elevated temperature will reduce available work time and set time

7 ) Containers should be tightly closed immediately after use

8 ) Store with original caps tightly closed in a well ventilated place at or below room temperature not exceeding 24°C. Refrigerated storage is acceptable when not in use. Allow material to reach. room temperature prior to use. Protect from moisture. Do not freeze. Do not use after expiration date.

CalApex Contradictions:

1. Retrograde obturation. 2. Do not use Calapex in patients with a known allergy to any of the product's ingredients

CalApex Storage Conditions: This product should be used at room temperature. Contact with water should be
strictly avoided. Inadequate storage conditions could shorten shelf life and product performance. We recommend to store at temperatures between 10°C (50°F) and 24°C (75°F) and keep syringe cap tightly closed.

CalApex Shelf Life: 2-years from the date of manufacturing.

CalApex Disposal Conditions: To be disposed off based on the prevailing rules of the country in which it is used.

Fusion Flo Intended use: It is intended to be used as a permanent filling material for anterior & posterior teeth.

Fusion Flo Indications for use: Fusion Flo is indicated for direct filling of class V (Cervical Caries), root erosions, wedge shaped defects. Fillings of anterior teeth (Class III & IV).Small fillings in posterior teeth. Repair of composite and ceramic veneers, Block out of undercuts. Adhesive cementing of composite and ceramic restorations.

Fusion Flo Instructions for use: Apply the material with applicator tip directly in the cavity and pre contour with a suitable instrument. The layer should not be thicker than 2mm. Light cure for 40 sec using standard curing light. The dispensed material shall not be placed back in container and the dose once applied and used shall not be reused.

Fusion Flo warnings: Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin (allergic contact dermatitis), and eyes. Avoid
prolonged inhalation. Do not take internally. Contact with the skin may cause irritation, burns of hypersensitivity. If contact with skin occurs immediately wipe off thoroughly with cotton and alcohol and then wash well with soap and water. If skin rash and sensitization or other allergic reaction occurs discontinue use and seek medical attention. If the product comes into contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with fresh water and consult a physician.

Fusion Flo Precautions: Eugenol containing materials should not be used with this product because they may effect polymerization and interfere with the hardening process. Being sensitive to heat and light, the syringes should be kept away from direct sun light.

Fusion Flo Contradictions: It is contraindicated for use with patients who have a history of severe allergic reaction to methacrylate resins.

Fusion Flo Storage Conditions: Store at temperature between 10°C(50°F) to 24°C(75°F). Close the cap carefully
after use. Keep away from moisture. Shelf life not affected after opening if stored in a cool dry place.

Fusion Flo Shelf Life: 3 years from the date of manufacturing.
